Thank you for choosing Feel Strong Physio Ltd for your Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy needs. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing the provision of our services.
​1. Services
a. Scope of Service
Feel Strong Physio Ltd provides Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services, with tailored plans to address both physical and psychological aspects of recovery.
b. Professionalism
Our staff are qualified professionals, committed to providing top quality, personalised and effective care, in accordance with professional standards.
2. Appointments
a. Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone or email, or in person.
b. Cancellations
Please provide sufficient notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We retain the right to charge for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice.
Should you not be present for an arranged appointment, you decline treatment at the time of your appointment, or you are unable to tolerate the full duration of the session, you will remain liable for the full cost of the allocated session.
3. Fees and Payments
a. Fee Structure
Our standard fees are:
Initial at-home assessment £90
At-home follow-up treatment session £70
Fees are displayed on our website. These are subject to change, with appropriate notice and publishing on our website.
Any additional services such as attending MDT meetings, writing reports, etc., will incur extra charges. Please contact the team for the full fee structure for case management services.
b. Billing and Insurance
Sessions booked through our website are payable in full at the time of booking. Invoices for treatment sessions booked separately will be issued at the end of the month and payment must be received in full within 14 business days. Overdue invoices will be subject to an administration charge of 5% per month.
If you have private health insurance, it is your responsibility to investigate cover and payment details with your healthcare provider before the initial assessment.

4. Confidentiality
a. Privacy Policy
Your personal and health information is treated with the utmost confidentiality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
b. Communication
Discussions with our Physiotherapists regarding your health and treatment are private and confidential.
5. Patient Responsibilities
a. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history and current health.
You are responsible for providing information about any changes in your medical status and medications. You are also responsible for providing information about any other health or care professionals you are working with. This allows us to work collaboratively for your benefit.
b. Follow-up Care
Adherence to recommended home exercises and follow-up appointments is essential for optimal results.
6. Termination of Services
a. Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time but all payments must be up to date.
b. Termination by Feel Strong Physio Ltd
Feel Strong Physio Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if there is a breach of terms or if continued services are not in your best interest.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Feel Strong Physio Ltd reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website or email.
8. Governing Standards
These terms and conditions are governed by the standards of the Health Professional Council. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
